These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the SpyCloud Technologies website (spycloud.in) and any services, quotations or installations we provide. By using this site or engaging us for a project, you agree to these Terms.

1. About SpyCloud Technologies

SpyCloud Technologies is a Hyderabad-based systems integrator delivering CCTV surveillance, IT networking, access control, perimeter security, fire & PA, EPABX / IPPBX, business messaging and managed-support services to enterprises across India.

2. Use of the website

• The content on this site (text, illustrations, photography, code, brand assets) is for informational use. You may read, share and reference it, but not copy it for commercial purposes without permission.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, scan, brute-force or otherwise misuse the website infrastructure. Automated submissions and scraping at high volume are prohibited.
• We reserve the right to refuse service, block IPs and pursue legal action against abuse.

3. Quotations & pricing

• Quotations are valid for the period printed on them (typically 30 days). Hardware lead times and prices may shift with OEM-side changes, foreign exchange rates and statutory taxes.
• A formal quotation, work order or signed agreement — not the website — constitutes the binding offer.
• All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are exclusive of GST unless explicitly stated.

4. Installation, AMC & warranties

• Installation timelines, site readiness obligations, warranty terms and AMC inclusions are governed by the project agreement, scope-of-work or AMC contract signed for the specific engagement.
• OEM hardware warranties are passed through and supported by us; we do not extend manufacturer warranties beyond what the OEM itself offers.
• AMC response times are stated in the AMC contract. Public statements on this website are indicative, not contractual.

5. Payments & taxes

• Payment terms (advance, milestones, balance on delivery) are agreed per quotation / sales order.
• Statutory taxes (GST, TDS, etc.) are applied as per the law in force on the invoice date.
• Overdue invoices may attract interest as stated in the invoice or applicable agreement, plus suspension of ongoing services.

6. Intellectual property

The SpyCloud name, logo, "Integrate. Secure. Scale." tagline, illustrations and original written content on this site are the intellectual property of SpyCloud Technologies. Third-party trademarks (e.g. Hikvision, Dahua, TimeWatch, Cisco, Bosch, Honeywell, Fortinet, etc.) are the property of their respective owners and are used here to indicate brands we install or distribute.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, SpyCloud's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the website or a particular engagement is limited to the fees paid by you to SpyCloud for that specific engagement in the preceding twelve months. SpyCloud is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data or business opportunity.

8. Third-party links

The site contains links to third-party websites (OEM partners, social networks, payment gateways). We do not control and are not responsible for the content or practices of these third parties. Visiting them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

9. Privacy

Your use of the site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use personal information.

10. Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The current version is always available on this page. Continued use of the site after a revision constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
